Phone Consultations
To learn more about my services, availability, and fit for your needs, I’m available for a 15 minute phone consultation. At this time, it is best to submit your contact information for me to respond to you. However, you can also use the online system or email me. Please know that I may also have additional times available to schedule a phone consultation that are not available through the online system, so contact me to learn about additional times, if needed.
Appointments
The first appointment will be an intake assessment appointment that involves a necessary in-depth assessment of your concerns and mental health history. The intake assessment appointment also provides an opportunity for you to ask more questions about my services and the appointment lasts for approximately 75 minutes. The length of an ongoing standard therapy session is 55 minutes. To book an appointment as a new client, please schedule a 15 minute phone consultation first. Fees
Currently, I am accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) and private payments only. However, if you have other health insurance you would like to use, then please know that you may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of the session fees by submitting an out-of-network claim through your health insurance company.
